What is your opinion about tattoos?

My opinion about tattoos has changed over time. When I was a child I didn't like them and even said that I would never become one. However, now I have thought about tattooing. With my best friend we will tattoo. I want a small beer on my arm and she will have a glass of wine in her arm. I like the simple tattoos more than big.

What is your opinion about legalizing abortion in some cases?

I think that the legalizing abortion in some cases is not enough. Abortions have always been performed and the discussion is how protect women's life. It is a serious decision, this implies a team that guides and support women. I believe in free abortion and in the company that women must receive to make these decisions

What is your opinion about recycling?

I think it is very necessary and especially in the critical context in which we find ourselves. Recycling can contribute to reversing the climate crisis in the world, however I believe that this should be complemented by the decrease in the production of plastic and other disposable materials in the world. I believe that recycling should be promoted in local communities, people should be made aware and informed of the benefits of recycling as well as enabling recycling points close to people in all these locations. I recycle the paper, every year together those papers or documents that do not serve me in a black bag.

Post graduate studies

Hello dear readers! The blog's topic in this oportunity is about a postgraduate course that i would consider taking in the future.

That is a thing that I have been thinking a lot this year, because obviouslly I would like to focus on a subject to practice later in the labor field. And I have concluded that I would like to focus on Human Rights, for that I would like to do a diploma course of this topic.

In that sense, there are a few diploma courses that I have in mind Diploma of Interdisciplinary Postgraduate in International Law of Human Rights - University of Chile (Diploma de Postítulo Interdisciplinario en Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos - Universidad de Chile) 

Diploma in Human Rights from Confident Universities to the Society of Jesus in Latin America - Inter-American Institute of Human Rights, Mention access to Justice - Alberto Hurtado University (Diplomado Derechos Humanos AUSJAL – IIDH, Mención acceso a la Justicia - Universidad Alberto Hurtado)

Diploma in Education, Memory and Human Rights 2017 - Memory Museum (Diplomado Educación, Memoria y Derechos Humanos 2017 - Museo de la Memoria) 

Of these 3, the one that interests me the most is the one done at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado, This postgraduate course includes a higher education in Human Rights and has 3 sections: Access to Justice; Participation, Citizenship and Human Rights and Education in Human Rights.

I would like to study the mention in Access to Justice. Also, I would like to study in Chile those diploma courses that I have mentioned for work in that subject (human rights) in Chile. But also I would like to work in the ONU someday, so I have to investigate some certification course abroad. In addition, I would like to do a part-time course because in that way I could work to pay for it.

My future job

When I was 10 years old I liked so much the pets and my dream was be veterinary. I played with my dog and I cured his wound. Also I liked the idea to travel and be stewardess, I imaginated that my cuddly toys was my passengers that I should serve. As well I enjoyed play to be secretary, I put a desk whit a lot of papers and pencils and computer.

In brief, I thought in a lot of works when I was a child and now I see that I chose the administrative facet. Sincerely I am not very clear yet what I would like to do in the future but I've been thinking in work in local government and contribute in my community from municaplity. I see so many problems in Til til, starting whit problems linked whit the contamination and the citizen participation. I’ve saw in this place that the people don’t worry about the community problems and the representative organizations are made up of old people. I’ve thinking in motivated to young people and do events for the commune; there are so many places to do festivals for that collet money in order to improve shared spaces. I think there is a lack of motivation and I would like to contribute to have better spaces and more participation.

Favorite Chilean TV Personality

Hello everyone.

If we talk about Favorite Chilean TV Personality, Mónica Rincón is one of those people. At first I thought it would be hard to me to find a famous person to talk about because I watch very little television and because I don't like the morning or anything like that.

However, Mónica Rincón is someone I admire a lot. I think she is a very intelligent and very professional person. I follow her on social networks and I really like her news, the displacement she has, the interviews she performs and in this sense how firm she is when interviewing, refuting ideas in debates, anyway, I think she demonstrates a lot of professionalism, shows that she knows much, in addition to commenting on everything that happened. I think this is something I admire from journalists in general, the ease they have to communicate and specify ideas in a very clear way, without stuttering jaja. This and the ability to not get nervous when talking in front of a camera or in front of many people.

Anyway, especially she inspires me. I think she is someone very successful and I hope one day to get to understand many things and never stop learning.

Hello everyone, if we talk about the seasons of the year I must to say that I like the winter and autumn. However, due to climate change, this season of the year is less and less noticeable and it is a very sad situation since the cold is only pleasant until catastrophes or extreme temperatures or high droughts begin. Anyway, I've always liked the cold, but extreme climates have caused me to end up hating for example the cold in the morning.

I really like rain and cloudy afternoons, with wind and a musty smell. Watching movies in bed, drinking mate, listening to music, even studying is more pleasant in a cold season. I enjoy this more than a summer afternoon because summer temperatures are increasingly unbearable. The heat exhausts me, I get a lot of headaches, besides it is uncomfortable to be perspiring all the time no matter how little clothes are worn. Summer is very nice but I think I could enjoy more without the extreme temperatures.

The best vacation I have had so far was the experience I lived last summer, specifically in February. My best friend motivated me to vacation to Bucalemu, a town very close to Pichilemu. The original idea was to stay at my friend's grandparents' house and on the way everything got complicated and the bad news that they weren't going to be able to stay didn't stop us. We then looked for a room to rent and stayed for a week.

It was a very entertaining week, we sold handicrafts to spend the day, we ate and did what we wanted at the time we wanted, nobody sent us, everything flowed, we laughed, we went to the beach in the afternoon for the night to go out with friends. There was a day that we were selling to Pichilemu. It was not such a successful experience, but the laughter was not lacking. It was one of the experiences of my life that I will never forget, with one of the people whom I greatly appreciate and know many years ago. I hope to repeat this vacation for next year.

Hi, today I'm going to talk about the country I would like to travel. My brother traveled to Brazil in 2015. Since then I was feel so admire because of my brother. When he arrive to Chile, I asked him about Brazil and his experience, he tell me all that he live through, the weather of the country, the people, the color of the houses, the meals and all the things that he liked.

I have thought about travel to Rio de Janeiro and Sao Pablo, and go, of course with my brother. He knew this places and he met a lot of people who could host us. I would like visit these places to know the beaches, fell the tropical climate, visit Copacabana or the statue “Cristo Redentor”, for example. Also I interested to taste all the types of fruit.

Finally I think that I would like travel to Brazil to attend to carnival and listen drums and samba all day. I like so much this topic of music.

Today I will talk about one of my favorite band groups. Guachupé is one of the bands that I've been listening to for four years and I must confess that despite not considering myself a big fan, it's one of the musical groups that do not bore me and motivate me when I do not have very good days.

The first time I heard them was when I went to a concert where there were cumbia artists. Among them was this group of whom very little I had heard before. The experience of listening to them live made me much more interested in this group and since then I started to pay more attention to their songs. I think I could not define my favorite song but if there is one that I really like and it's called Hotel Sevilla. The combination of ska with cumbia I like very much.

I consider that I like all kinds of music, however, I really enjoy the cumbia.

This photo was taken last year by one of my colleagues. It was the first march I attended playing in a batucada. It was a very nice afternoon, the march was for the legalization of abortion and very recently I knew the people who accompany me. I really like this photo because I remember feeling very happy and excited as well as finishing very tired. It was one of those days when you end up with a heart full of good vibes and laughter. It was my debut and I enjoyed it immensely.

I remember that it was a very big decision. My family is very conservative and the fact of playing for that cause meant defining the things I believe and defend. 

I think it was the best decision to be part of this group, I discovered something that I like to do and I met very nice people with whom I share daily.

My pets are more than the people who live with me, they are a total of three dogs and two cats.

My dogs are called Oliver, Ikka and Bruno. It is in this same order they came to live with us. Oliver lived in a kennel and we adopted him four years ago because we needed a dog to take care of the thieves who could enter our house. Ikka is a German shepherd who gave us a friend of the family. She has a problem at the hips and for this reason they gave her away, she did not love her and we were willing to give her a lot of love. Bruno is the son of Ikka, he was a surprise since they had not told us that she was pregnant. He was the only son of Ikka and stayed with us as one more member of our family. They three get along, play a lot and do bad things together. They are like a very close little family.

My cats are called Cata and Micca. Both are females, very different in personalities and the relationship between them is not very good. Micca arrived in May of this year and Cata has been living with us for more than seven years. Micca is my favorite, they are so cute and loving whit me.

I love so much my pets, there are my hole life, they help me when I feel sad or stressed. Play whit them are so comforting, I really find peace in them.

Hi readers, today I would like to talk about my cellphone. This is my favorite piece of technology because it´s the object that I use frequently, it keeps me informed, it allows me to listen to music, and chat to my friends and parents. I use it all the time, for any thing that I do I need my cellphone. I think that this object, in the present, is so important and necessary as whit the charger and my computer. However, I don’t like this dependence that I have whit my cellphone because it steals so many time. For example, today I left the house without my cellphone and I truly felt incommunicado and empty jaja. But I think that situation are necessary for make more contact whit the people.

I got my actually cellphone recently. Two years ago somebody stole my last cellphone and I bought other one. The cellphone that I have today is proved to be much better than the previous.

Hi dear readers, today I would like to talk to us about my dream when I was a child and the rasons of I choose study administración pública.

Actually I think that this dreams changed.  Being a student of administración pública I would like help to the other people in whatever area but, especially, I’m interested in work in some aspect that involves protect the environment. For this reason, I think that I would like to work in a ONG that I can create. This ONG oriented in the same line to help the environment.

To the moment I like the study programme, I enjoy the subjects because I think it follow me to my goals. Finally I enjoy the company to the people that surrounded me in the university. 

Hi, everyone! My name is Rachel Pizarro, I´m 19 years old and my birthday is in June, 22th, it is coming soon.

I live in Santiago of Chile with my mom, dad, my brother, three dogs and one cat. I really love pets and my family (of course).

My mom named Cecilia, my father Alberto and my brother David. They are my whole life together with my pets.

I study Administración Pública at Universidad de Chile and this is my second year in the career.  For this moment i like so much what I do.

In my free times I like play some instruments, listen to music, spend time with my friends and family; and play with my pets. I enjoy so much this little things.
